This fits my KitchenAid KSM150PSCB Artisan Series 5 quart stand mixer perfectly. I've long wanted to upgrade/replace my nearly ancient hand-crank manual pasta roller and cutter; when I saw this all-in-one unit, I couldn't resist ordering it. I'm very impressed with the build quality of this pasta roller and cutter. It's got a real heavy-duty feel to it. All the metal parts are well formed, lined up perfectly with each other, and it looks good, too. When I attached it to my mixer and turned it on, the rollers moved so smoothly and quietly, I didn't realize they were moving at first!I made a batch of my go-to pasta dough and began to roll it through the rollers. The dough rolled smoothly and evenly through it, from the largest setting all the way to the next-to-smallest setting. I did brush some flour on the rollers for the last three rollings, so had no issues with the dough sticking to the rollers.I then ran some of the dough through both the spaghetti and fettucine cutting rollers. Overall, it cut the sheets of pasta almost perfectly. The blades are definitely very sharp. Twice, the sides of the dough got a bit caught up and twisted, but that didn't surprise me - I've have that happen with my hand-crank pasta cutter all the time. It was super nice just having it happen only twice on a big batch of pasta this time!Cleanup was a breeze. I really like that there's this plastic shield/cover on the bottom that you can quickly remove, granting you easy access to the rollers and blades for cleaning. This is SO much easier to clean than my nearly ancient hand-crank pasta cutter!Overall, this has exceeded my expectations. It rolled and cut my pasta evenly, smoothly, and quickly - so much faster than using a manual hand-crank pasta roller and cutter! I think it's a great value, too, since you can easily pay nearly the same amount for just a singular name-brand pasta roller attachment. Getting one unit for both rolling and cutting two sizes of pasta is a good deal, and takes up a lot less space in my cabinet, too!
