Firstly, I must say, this is one of the best projectors on Amazon right now. One of two reasons it is so great. Yes, this is "just" a 1080p projector, but, it basically handles all the streaming services perfectly. I've tried out so many projectors with varying degrees of limited success in regard to my needs, and they just couldn't live up. To begin, when I first received this, I installed Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and Disney+, the services I use. I guess I tried Disney+ but out of the box it didn't work (no audio). However, after first powering on and setting up, the system did give me the option to update once, which I did, still no audio in Disney+. Then I asked YQHS about this issue and they were trying to help me out. I tried another update, and after the 2nd update, everything worked. I hope anyone having issues, at least tries to update. Also, restart after an update of course.The 2nd reason this is a great product is, YQHS CS is amazing. So thoughtful and helpful and they stand behind their product. For the price, you can't go wrong. This projector works like a tablet, where the product isn't limited by certain factors, hence able to service all the media consumption sources you may rely on. I also selected this based on it being Android 13. The Wifi 2.4g and 5g also a plus. Amazing product. I also coupled this with an ALR screen. Great experience for such an awesome price and product. And the only minor quibble is that when you're messing around with zoom, keystone ect, the projector sometimes forgets what zoom it's at. Fix is easily achieved by going in and out of said settings.
