The roller bracket can be adjusted up from 7" to 20" from the center of the 3" roller to the base. Includes hardware to mount. Used this to upgrade a homemade trailer for our sunfish sailboat. The winch is really great quality and very sturdy and smooth. The u-bolts didn't fit my trailer, but it's easy enough to just drill and bolt it directly on.
