As a Christmas present for my 15-year-old son, I purchased the Giantex Portable Basketball System. We set up the goal outside, however it can also be utilized indoors. With the directions provided, the overall system was fairly simple to assemble. It includes a transportable rolling base that may be weighted with water or sand. To maintain stability, I've found that a mix of both sand and water works well. The wheels under the base make it convenient to move or change positions of the goal. For example, my son likes to roll it to the end of our driveway to have more room to play with his friends, then hes able to roll it back up next to our garage and out of the way when its not in use. The base even has a spot that holds your basketball, so you have a place to set it without rolling away. The frame is made of powder-coated, rustproof steel. The rim is solid, with a weather-resistant nylon net and it has a 39 inch shatterproof backboard. It may be adjusted in height from 8.5' to 10', making it suitable for both children and adults. The entire basketball goal from base to net is designed to sustain in different weather conditions. Overall the goal seems durable and built to last. My son uses it everyday and he has no complaints!
