The assembly bolts and nuts were missing due to the damage of the package during transit but I contacted customer service and was sent a new set promptly. It should be assembled by two people, in my opinion. The directions are a little vague but if you follow the diagrams, it can be managed. It took me 2-3 hours to assemble by myself.
