I have very mixed "feelings" about this product. If I could give 3.5 stars, that would be ideal. The reason being:Pros:Product arrived intact so I assumed it was packaged well and strong enough to handle bumps and such.Main frame individual pieces feel sturdy.Looks just like the picture.Looks great in my room.Larger top surface is exactly what I was looking for due to my (yes, old and dated) sleigh headboard which means slender/narrow surfaces make it less functional for me to reach stuff on the nightstand. No, I'm not fat and/or lazy. I just like efficiency.Cons:Main frame pieces made of particle board (not mentioned in product description)Outside made of laminate. I wouldn't have purchased if the product description had this mentioned.Several nicks/chips on product (minor, which are not noticeable once fully assembled)A few pieces were not fully flush against each other so the drawer didn't fully come together, and the back leg is slightly off. Neither makes a functional or visible difference in the product. No, these were not user error. I ordered two: one of them had the offset drawer, the other had the not-fully-flushed edge.Would I purchase this brand again? No. And I wasn't willing to put effort to return the products either because neither of the cons were not bad enough, in my opinion, to return and search for another product. So overall, it looks good in my room and it serves its purpose well.I purchased this item in February 2019 and I already had to throw it in the trash. The assembly was pretty easy and the quality of the wood was great but it needs better screws. It started becoming unsturdy in the he summer and by fall all the drawers were falling. Would I buy it again.. NoThis is one of the best purchases. It looks so royal. Its at least worth $250+ . for $80, you cannot get even a board these days. This is un believable. It exactly looks like whats in the photo. So Sturdy. I have tried with both 42 inch and 65 inch. It looks perfect. You guys are really Amazing . My wife wa yelling at me , saying that "why did you get TV tables worth $300-500". She still believes its an expensive table stand. You guys made my day. Note: It took me approx, 2 hours to assemble. If yoiu follow the instructions diligently, its a piece of cake.If I could give a 0 rating, I would. I never thought I'd be able to write that, woohoo. This is a piece of trash, don't waste your money on it. I lugged the dead weight(OK, product says 40lbs, I'm amazed) up 2 flights of stairs -I'm a decently fit mid 30's woman-, to unbox about oh, 500 pieces to put together. To be honest, I've never assembled a dresser, so maybe this is the norm. If so, continue on. The real problem is that the drawers don't hold! After a couple of hours of putting it together- alright, maybe a lil longer than a couple hours...- I come to find out the drawers fall through. I took them out and made sure they're put together correctly, and they are. They just don't hold the weight of a few shirts. I must've gotten a defective piece, but now I have this $189 heavy piece of furniture that isn't even functional on my 3rd floor.I usually avoid furniture you have to put together but a TV stand of this size would be very expensive. I took a chance on this one and found it to be good and solid for the money. Fairly easy to put together.I purchased this on sale for $100, and was impressed with the quality of the item. It came packaged well, in a pretty heavy box. The "two person" lift is definitely true when attempting to take it up the stairs. The instructions were clear, and made the build super easy. We put this in the kids room for their TV and some extra storage.Overall, I'm super happy with the quality, given the price point. Would recommend you give it a try.Pretty cheap materials. Drawers are built to support only light weight items. Assembly had some difficulties because of poorly aligned pieces. Wouldn't buy again.Even the uprights that support the whole thing are particle board. The screws supplied to connect the horizontal boards to the uprights are too short and too small diameter for the chip board. They pulled out before the headboard was even installed.I had to buy longer and larger screw to replace them.Assembly was difficult because the trim boards had to be mounted to the headboard while face down and out of sight making alignment of the trim boards hit or miss.
