It's fine, it's quite sturdy, and has some nice, thoughtful design features (liberal use of rubber for anti-vibration, adjustable feet). But the paint isn't well adhered to the steel, so some flaked off during shipping, and more ground off when cranking down the bolts, which you seem to have to do to assemble it properly - it seems to rely on the bolts being cranked down pretty well to squeeze the steel and secure the sliding/adjustable bits. But doing that takes out the paint on that spot, because it's not strong/well adhered. It also isn't very well packaged, and there doesn't seem to be a good way to check against mini split specs when ordering this, to ensure that it'll match the spacing of the bolts on a given condenser. The instructions are a single page with lots of typos and terrible contrast dark gray on light gray pictures. All the hardware is in a big bag full of galvanization dust, and there are multiple types of similar bolts and a bunch of types of washers, and the instructions can barely be bothered to explain which pieces go where.I bought this thinking it was the premium/American option, but there's a lot about it that's just so lazily done. I'm a little saddened by it, the Chinese mini split it was meant to be paired with had a flawless instruction manual, and everything was just so competently put together, packaged, etc. Like, they even write much better English language instructions than this American company that can't be bothered to take decent pictures, or not misspell 10% of the words. We seriously need to get our shit together and have some pride in what we make if we want to compete, the competing Chinese stands are like 1/3 the price.
