This is a great bird stand. We have a Green Winged Macaw who loves it. Just a tip, with birds this large, Cockatoos, Amazons too, it is not good for their feet to sit on a dowel. A lot of info is on the internet about that. I would highly recommend an inexpensive Manzanita purchase to replace it. Another great alternative would be the NuPerch from the Parrot Wizard.....he sells on Amazon. No dowels...even for smaller birds. Other than that, assembly was super easy and it's really sturdy and doesn't wiggle around like cheaper more flimsy stuff even with a 3 pound Macaw sitting on it. This stand is not flimsy in any way. The stainless pan is a breeze to clean....it removes easily. The stainless bowls are very high quality too. I highly recommend this stand for you bird. Our 6 year old Macaw has never been caged and she has another stand like this one at the foot of our bed where she sleeps near us at night.
