Description
Step 1: Choose between the short tubes or the long tubes First, choose between the short tubes or the long tubes to decide the optimal height for the speaker stands to deliver the best quality of audio. Step 2: Decide the level of tilt Secondly, decide what level of tilt would be best suited for your setup. If you want to tilt up, insert either two of the short or two of the long inserts into the front tubes. If you want to tilt down, insert either two of the short or two of the long inserts into the back tubes. If no tilt is needed, the inserts will not be used. Step 3: Press the tubes into the bottom frame isolators Thirdly, firmly press the tubes into the isolators in the bottom frame until they are fully inserted. Step 4: Install top frame Finally, insert the poles into the isolators in the top frame. You might have to apply pressure to each of the four corners until the poles are fully inserted into the isolators. I purchased these for use with my Harbeth P3ESR XD speakers for use on my desktop. I serve music via my computer through a PS audio Sprout. This combo takes listening to audio at your desk to the audiophile level. If you want to have the advantages of an Audiphile listening experience, but didn't want to invest tens of thousands of dollars, this is it. The Harbeth's fit perfectly atop the IsoAcoustics stands. They are a perfect match aesthetically, and look as if they were made for the speaker. They are solid and grip the speaker nicely without marring it. The stands put the speakers at a perfect level, and the sound is fantastic.The IsoAcoustics stands come with long and short rods. I use the shorter ones. The users manual isn't the best, but you eventually figure out how to put them together. I would say that the height isn't infinitely adjustable and you may find that there are some applications that may not be optimal. Mine happens to be perfect.Overall, this is a great product and has really added to my listening enjoyment on my desktop.
