I have had a classic kitchen aid for over 30 years. I decided to redecorate and order a new one and this time got the Accolade. The advantage is that it does a wonderful job. The disadvantage is that it is noisy and at first it had a burning smell. The smell went away after a few uses. I have gotten used to the noise. I thought my cakes came out better before but now they really come out perfect. I called Kitchen Aid several times and they are so nice.
