Description
The digital outside micrometer has a resolution of 0.001mm/0.00005-inch and the accuracy is 0.003mm/0.00015-inch. The micrometer has been strictly made in accordance with DIN863. It has a large, easy-to-read Digital display, carbide-tipped anvils and the measuring spindle is hardened and ground. The micrometer is Class A in electrostatic discharge and offers IP65 protection with coolant & fluid resistance. The micrometer stand has a fully adjustable micrometer clamp. The stand is non marring and has a lacquered cast iron base. The stand also has a clamping capacity or 5/8-inch. with a flat frame style. The stand weighs 3 lbs.

Just got these in,took about a week. They are heavy solid built and I think they will work very well for my needs in a machine shop.they take a 2032 battery which I can get anywhere but comes with two to get you going.the only complaint I can find is the veriner scale is in mm not inches, not really a problem because I will be looking at the display.they can be set to inches or mm and absolute or incremental. I like them and plan to get calipers as well from them,they are also ip65 waterproof
