Searched high and low for an iPad 8th gen locking stand. If only a little short. This one was off the chain impressive. Sturdy, secure, and both Home & camera accessible (use Guided Access mode to 'lock down' the home button). It was a little fiddly to assemble, a second pair hands makes it easier when attaching the holder to the stand.It has holes at corner in the base to bolt it to the floor, or if you need height, you could put some sort of platform under it and bolt/secure it that way, too.
