The directions make putting it together seem way harder than it is. This tired 41 year old lady put it together in a few hours. It’ll take an afternoon, but it wasn’t super hard to do. My 200 lb husband was apprehensive, but sat down and swing for a bit and was comfortable putting our 5 year old on it.Just make sure there’s a cushiony surface under it, because a tumble from this would definitely hurt. That’s true of any swing, though.So bad instructions aside, still 5 stars because it’s a very solid swing & great value for the money. It doesn’t have the sturdiness or balance issues other swings of this kind and size seem to have. Sturdy, solid, holds a full sized muscular man. Looks nicer than a lot of alternatives. Came with all its parts. Good swing.
