I got the tower and unfortunately was only able to use half of it due to bad welding/missing parts. Customer service was great, they tried to help me out with my problems and even offered to send me the missing parts for free. Despite only being able to use the pullup bar, I'm giving this good reviews because of how willing they were to help me set everything up and compensate me, I got half my money back because it was just impossible for the unit that I got to be put together due to bad welding. If you're worried about getting a product that might not work/break, this company wont leave you high and dry, and I have faith that they will go all out to make it up to you like they did for me. Definitely recommend.
