I absolutely loved this desk when it first came. However, I have only used the motor on it ONCE, and now it no longer works. It is absolutely pointless to have a desk that raises and lowers when you are unable to do either. I wish I could return and get a new one, but unfortunately it is past the 30 day mark. I am hoping that the seller sees this and chooses to help me, as the desk should still be workable!!!Update: the seller was able to help me troubleshoot the desk, and it is now working perfectly again. I changed from 1 to 5 stars. Thanks again!
