I wanted to learn how to make French macarons, so I needed a stand mixer. I didn’t want to spend the big bucks on a name brand model (especially if I couldn’t figure out how to make the cookie), so I went with the next highest rated mixer of a similar size to what I needed. This stand mixer has been put through a workout the last couple months! So many meringues and batches of buttercream! I’ve figured the macarons out and think I may have found my newest obsession: BAKING! In short (a little late for that) ??‍♀️: this Kitchen in the Box stand mixer is GREAT. It goes slow, fast, the attachments are easily swapped, clean up easy, and my favorite part is how deep the bowl is. No powdered sugar explosions over here! Highly recommend! ??? ?????
