This unit is heavy duty and comfortable. Well built. This is the most comfortable chair I have outside. Easy to assemble, and very well made. I am contemplating buying more for my camp site. Great product for the price I paid. The set up was straight forward. It appears that the box had already been opened because some of the pieces were not in the plastic. All pieces were accounted for however. The chair is sturdy and well made. It is comfortable as wellI LOVE the chair EXCEPT the fact you slide down easy since it sits up more than I thought. The cushion makes you slide mainly to the bottom of curve from back. If you sit up far enough it does work nice and is pretty cozy.We received our item very quickly; however, it was missing 1 part. I contacted customer service and they replied within an hour and said they would ship out the missing part for me. I received the new shipment within a week which was great. This chair is SUPER sturdy and well made. The instructions are a little difficult to follow because the pictures are small, but there aren't that many pieces and it wasn't difficult to figure out how they all fit together. We LOVE IT and the whole family is fighting to sit in our new chair.Comfort: This chair gets a solid 5 stars for comfort. The cushion is adequate and has held up well in hot humid weather and rain. As far as comfort goes, zero complaints.Sturdiness: 4/5 Stars here. For my wife, who is quite small and light, it seems great. For me (175 lbs) it seems like it might be straining a bit. I haven't spent a lot of time in it, but to its credit... it hasn't collapsed under either of us yet and has even managed to support both of us at the same time a couple of times. Would not expect it to hold up long under our combined weight however.Ease of Assembly: 2/5 Stars here. Three major issues when it came to assembly, and I am docking one star for each.First, the most minor thing was the inconvenience of the way the cushion is supported on the frame. You are given a long coil of rope and basically have to loop it around the frame a bunch of times lacing it through the piece that holds the cushion up. While this is not particularly difficult, it is very time consuming and accounted for about 1/2-2/3 of the total assembly time despite the other issues I ran into.Second problem was the instructions are not entirely clear at times. Once I got all the parts laid out, I dare say the picture of the thing m along with common sense did far more for me than the instructions. Finally, the biggest issue I encountered was that a lot of the bolt holes that have been predrilled did not line up properly. Most of them had enough wiggle room to get the bolts in, but one of them I had to widen an existing hole with a dremel.Final thoughts: Overall, this chair is a great value if you are a little on the handy side and won't just return it for a somewhat difficult assembly. The chair itself can be difficult to get in and out off, and it it will take a little bit of figuring out a method that works well and some physical agility so I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. However, for everyone else, this is a pretty good deal.Excellent service
