Tedious, but easy assembly; took about three hours; more than half that time was putting the drawers together. Using it to hold a UST in dark theater room so it is the perfect height. Very heavy. Drawers are small, but can be used for remotes, gaming consoles, or light weight blanket. My only complaint is the openings could be wider to hold center speaker or an soundbar and maybe two inches deeper. I think it is a good value for what I need, not sure I would want it as a center piece in the living room.
