I’ve always wanted a floor stand to hold my counted cross stitch projects because I hate the hoop marks hoops leave on fabric and my hands get tired holding the hoop. This floor stand is wonderful! The wood parts are SOLID sturdy smooth wood. Nothing was missing BUT the only instructions are an exploded view of the product pieces - so if you’re bad at figuring out how to assemble things with no instructions, you’ll need help with this.All of the holes were drilled straight and completely. Everything lined up.I figured out how to adjust the frame so that I can still sit back in my comfy sewing chair AND put my legs up on my big comfy ottoman AND STILL have my work on the scroll directly in front of me in the perfect position! It’s very versatile and you can adjust it for many different sitting situations.Stability! This is NOT going to fall over, yet it’s not too heavy to pick up to move. Holds my work perfectly tight. WELL WORTH the money —- I’ve wanted something like this for YEARS ~ happy birthday gift to me!??
