Unit was relatively easy to assemble. Components are of reasonable quality, considering the price. My biggest gripe is that it’s definitely not what I consider “cherry” finish. It’s much lighter than what’s shown on the webpage. Doesn’t come close to matching my armoire or headboard, which have a true cherry color. I’ll go ahead and keep this nightstand, since my old one is well past its prime, and I don’t want to have to disassemble it and jump through the hoops to ship it back. There’s something to be said for bricks & mortar retail stores, where you can see what you’ll be getting in person, before you pay. I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future furniture purchases.
