Once you figure out how to adjust the propane flow valves this bad boy burns with power! You have to be knowledgeable about how to cook discada on a system like this one. Working perfectly and I’m very happy so far. I’ll update later when I use it this summer and have cooked on it more. I’ve made both Mexican and Chinese food on it and both were a hit!
