I'm a very inexperienced golfer. This set was nice and inexpensive as a starter set.The only issue I have is it does not include a 1-wood/Driver which I have learned is typically used for teeing off. I use the 3-wood provided with little issue (aside from missing the ball or topping the ball).As far as sturdiness, I have dug some pretty big holes in the ground and the clubs are fine. I think you would have to intentionally break these clubs, it won't happen from a bad swing.The putter is awesome. I get a lot of compliments on it from my friends.I'm 6' 3" and I don't think the clubs are too short. They could probably be a little longer and not hurt anything, but I'm not having to slouch to use them.The bag is really nice and has stand legs on it, which is cool. Only complaint is the two pockets are pretty deep so you really need to reach in them to get what you want. I plan on getting some smaller bags or a ziplock to help separate my balls and tees in the bag.Considering you can spend $500 on one club makes this set really attractive if you are a beginner. I have picked up my other clubs from goodwill for $4 each to help fill in the gaps this set has.
