At the end, I decided to give this item 5 stars because of the great customer service from the seller and the fast response. They sent me a new one and it worked perfectly fine, but you can read my whole review after, and everything happened with this purchase.The item has defected screws, which is disappointing. Also, the holes in the two bended rods are not aligned together Correctly, which makes squeaky noise and wobbly chair, which is not good safety wise. I contacted seller about this issue and if they do not reply within the next 48 hours, I’m going to return the item.I will keep you updated.Edit: I pumped up my rating to three stars for now because the seller contacted me in the proper time and offered a new delivery immediately which is I really appreciate. Still I need to receive the product to see if my concerns has been solved. If this happened, I will, give this product five stars.
