I'm a big guy, that's why I bought this rollator. The big wheels are great for going over seams in the sidewalk or door sills (although you have to get up some steam for some door sills). I wanted it to have a seat and storage, this does but I think it would be better with cross braces to keep the seat from sagging. I found out at a funeral where I used the rollator as a seat during the ceremony at the cemetery and almost slid off of it because of the springs which tilt the seat downward a bit when compressed. The seat material is a slick nylon or similar. It goes together easily. Looks good. It wasn't obvious at first how to lock the wheels, you press down on the lower brake grips.I'm 70, have a bad back and knees. This rollator folds up with a pull to the strap on the seat and I found it easy to lift and put in the trunk of my car and get it out again without putting my back out.The only improvement I would like to see is some sort of lock to keep the springs from compressing when I want to sit.I am a tall woman and needed a walker that had tall enough handlebars that I could stand up straight. This one does it! The first walker I ordered, a different brand, was not actually tall enough and I returned it and ordered this one and it's the best. Does not hurt my back as I recover from painful injuries. It's rated for up to 350 lbs which I didn't need but with that said it has springs that help you stand from a seated position. The only disadvantage I can see so far is the shopping bag will easily come off the bars provided for it to hang on, so I've hesitated to put anything of value in it.Soooo easily maneuverable. The 10" wheels roll smoothly over most surfaces, grass, cobblestones, gravel, dirt, whatever. The large wheels combined with the shock absorbers minimize vibration as you walk. And walking requires minimal effort, you just glide along. If you get tired along the way, or just need to rest, just lock the breaks and sit. It's comfortable sitting and the cup holder is handy for refreshment. It folds quickly and easily for vehicle stowage, and you don't have to remove the storage bag unless it's full. On top of it all, it's gorgeous!! I got the red and I'm constantly complimented and asked where I got it. Two friends are now planning to buy as well.I was always a diy champ, so I thought I'd have no problem putting it together because it's really intuitive. But, I had a few problems, especially with the rear wheel shock absorber attachment at the base. I couldn't get the bolt to go far enough through to attach & tighten the Pentagonal nut. I'm an 83 year old diy woman, no longer as strong as I used to be. Took me about 2 hours, in intervals, to finally put it together, and it worked perfectly. But still needed help with that Pentagonal nut. My building's super did both sides for me in about 2 minutes. Voila, done!!If I had been stronger it would have been a cinch. But, have to pat myself on the back for really finishing it 99% by myself. And, I've been walking much more, which was why I bought it.Bottom line? It's the absolute best!! I LOVE IT!! Don't hesitate!! Buy it!!The device was everything I thought it would be. But the left hand brake is broken. There is no customer service option for the company. My only option was to disassemble it (it took me roughly 2.5 hrs to put it together) and ship it back to Amazon. So I had a neighbor unlock the brake for me. Sometime in the future I'll pay to have it fixed. I needed the device to stabilize me when walking alot or over rough terrain and it has surpassed my expectations. Have been stopped many times asking where I get it.Giving 5 stars so that you all can see it. The one stars seem to be buried. My actual rating is 1 star.…I just got a prompt from Amazon to rate this rollator. I should have done this sooner, but didn’t really think about it until the Amazon prompt.Well, who ever designed this had a screw loose…literally. I bought the red HEAO rollator walker, and could not wait to use it! It was a couple of weeks before someone could put it together for me… and my anticipation grew!!And then, disappointment.Upon opening the box, right away we noticed that there were scratches on it. Although many parts were in their own plastic bag , some were not. It looked like it had been used or maybe refurbished? But because the scratches were small scratches, I chose to ignore those. I REALLY needed this rollator now, as mine had finally broken. So after getting it all together we noticed that the “handle bars” were not even. Not height wise, that is adjustable. But looking at it from the side, one bar was straight up, the other was angled back so that when gripping the handles, my right hand was further forward than my left. It pulls to the left too.If that wasn’t bad enough, there are so many screws that need to be tightened on a daily basis. The knob screws on the front wheels, the “x” bar underneath the seat, even the cup holder has to be tightened every other day. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. What do I do now? I can’t walk without this thing. But it strains my back to use it.For two weeks I have tried to contact the seller whose name is very appropriately named “Overwhelming” …no reply. I’ve called the phone number listed. It’s always “temporarily offline.”I paid $200.00 for this piece of junk that I’m stuck with because now my return window has closed. The only good thing I can say about it is that its pretty to look at, but very uncomfortable and feels unstable to use. But, it’s all I’ve got now. I can’t afford another one.
