I think most people will be satisfied with this product. It comes exactly as advertised and the shipping was handled well: it arrived significantly earlier than expected and the box was in good shape unlike other large orders I’ve had shipped. There was a small hole in the box I’m assuming from gripping it by the shipper. But the product was packed to ensure it would be safe from any damage the box took. As the image shows, your standard CD will only fit when inserted sideways which I was hoping would not be the case. However if you’re okay with that or want to use it for DVDs like I did, it isn’t a big deal. The assembly was incredibly simple but directions were a little informal. I almost lost the header piece that holds the signage as it’s small and the plastic it was in got caught in the packing tape. These are all small nitpicks and personal things for me, but I don’t think they’re enough to give it worse than 5 stars.
