This is a complete package for someone taking up SUP for the first time. It includes the board itself, a leash for your ankle, lashing bungees for small items on the bow, a waterproof container with a repair kit, a pump, a paddle with length adjustment (marked in centimeters—get used to metric!), and a carrying bag with mesh panels to avoid trapping moisture. We thought the board was fairly easy to inflate, felt secure and sturdy, and would offer a satisfactory experience for a first-time paddler. When deflated it fits nicely in the storage bag along with all the accessories; the keel has its own storage pocket. The bag has shoulder straps with a chest relief and two load straps to keep the bag from bouncing if you are toting it any distance. With this package the only additional items you might need are your own swim apparel, water shoes, and a life jacket.
