I don't think you will find a better hang on stand for less, it's priced right. I hunt on public land so I'm not going to buy a $200+ stand to have a determined thief steal it from me. It's not aluminum like the expensive stands but compared to other steel stands I think is reasonable light weight. The platform has ample space to stand and rest your feet.3 minor things I'm not too crazy about, one is the ratchet straps, they're loud so I will be replacing them with cam lock straps. The second is the seat, about 1 inch so not comfortable for a long seating. I will add a foam cushion, right now I'm using a hot seat. Last, mine didn't come with the straps to carry it on your back, what I did was remove the straps from 2 bags, clip them to the platform in order to carry it on my back. These are all minor things that anyone can overlook.P.S. I use an extra heavy duty cam lock strap as a security measure. I plan to leave it on locked to a tree this season, I will update this review after this season is over if the stand breaks/fails. I will also check all the bolts, cables, sand any rust spots and paint it for next season.
