This very special and tasty Serrano ham is achieved with excellent raw material, large hams with external fat, a little Mediterranean salt and a slow curing process in the fresh air of the high mountains of Spain where the cool, dry air produces a superb traditional cure. Iberico Ham Acorn-fed Bellota100% Pure Cured time: 24 months. The iberico acorn-fed shoulder ham is a single piece obtained from the forelimbs of the Iberico pig, characterized by its streamline shape, the fineness of its shaft, with a black hoof, soft shiny fat and smooth texture. Serrano Ham Mini Cured time: 10 months. It has a delicate yet salty flavour and a pleasant, characteristic aroma. It has a homogenous texture that is only slightly fibrous. Serrano Ham Sliced Cured time: 12 months.
