I received this for an Xmas present and was finally able to take it out of the packaging and get into the water. Set up was fairly easy and quicker than I had anticipated. The pump isn’t of the highest quality but it does the job. I love the carry bag that comes with the board that makes it handy to haul around and all the pieces actually fit upon deflation.The board itself is super sturdy and quite large. My toddler and I easy fit together with room to move around.My board did come with a broken plastic D ring which I believe happened during the manufacturing process. I contacted the company and they were super helpful, prompt to reply and provided a solution to the issue. For the price you can’t beat it if leisurely adventure is your thing. I will be purchasing a second in the future when my kiddo ages. I would recommend this company for their customer service and support.
