The machine was easy to assemble ,looks nice and Functions decent. Every time a customer opens the flap to get they candy out they come off.I bought 2 machines. One was damaged upon receipt, but I was not aware until it was assembled. An inner tray is broken and 1 of the turning knobs is broken while another knob is loose. The second machine has 1 loose knob so that one we kept. I am sadly disappointed.If you jiggle it, you get free candy. The metal flap constantly falls off. The keys to get into the top of the machine are awful!!! Super disappointedThe box arrived without the bolts and screws to assemble. My husband and I had to go to Lowe’s to buy what was needed to build it. Other than that it’s pretty sturdy and the kids love getting candy Out of it when we have extra quarters lying around.I love this thing! Bought it for our game room and it's already paid for itself. They only problem we had was the Mike n ikes would get stuck. So I wouldn't recommend a "soft" candy. Other than that... everyone loves it.the money collection system needed tightening in order to prevent things from falling out or falling apart, and to top things off I was notified by the location this was at that there were bugs inside the machine, they somehow came through the top which was solved by a simple test of putting a silicone seal around the machine to prevent bugs from coming in. The bugs were able to fly from one candy to another with no effort. Great idea but not thought through enough. The doors for the candy also fell off very easily which was fixable but very tedious.I read all the others reviews i disagree with them its a great product very nice quality!Not very good quality.
