My laptop and my coffee are now mobile and can follow me wherever I want to go. I like that all the casters can lock, though I don’t usually bother with *all* of them. It’s strong and sturdy and secure enough that cats jumping on it don’t make it the slightest bit tippy. It looks nice, and it was painless to put together, always a big plus. My drink stays secure. It makes a terrific beside the couch kind of table, too— but it’s important to realize that the post is in the middle of the table, not to one side like a hospital kind of table, so this isn’t one that hovers right over your lap as you sit back on a couch or a chair. With the wheels locked, I don’t mind putting my feet on the spokes of its base (I’m short and have short legs so it’s nice to have a raised place to park my feet.). For us, it’s a wonderful addition and its design makes it a very flexible piece. My husband likes being able to make it taller; I like it short. Wish all of our furniture were adjustable like this!
