Not bad once the assembly is finished but what a HUGE headache to install. First of all, the manual is not included but you can find it here (http://cdn.displays2go.com/downloadablefiles/lw2016%20instruction%2003.05.2015.pdf.) Second, the screw driver was missing, luckily any normal screw driver will do for this job. Third, the manual does not give correct instructions on the best way to assemble this stand. here's what you should do.1) Screw in the wheels to the bottom piece2) screw in the central pole to the bottom piece3) insert the 2 T pieces into the extension pole. One of the two has a notch in it, that is the one that goes on the side with the clamp. Screw in the two little black knob screws without tightening them too much.4) KEY STEP: flip the wooden top on its back (with the screw holes looking at you) and place the extending pole with the attached T pieces on the wooden top, making sure all the holes are aligned. DO NOT try to attach the wooden top while the extension pole is in a vertical position. You will LOSE the screws inside the metal frame of the T pieces and it will take you a few minutes to get them out.5) DIFFICULT STEP: the screws provided are extremely short so you will have to aim the screwdriver with the screw attached towards the hole, PLUNGE it in quickly and hope you catch the hole. If you don't, you will lose the screw in the metal frame and will need to get it out by shaking it.6) Enjoy your sturdy lectern, which is worth the time of assembly ONLY because it's the ONLY one on Amazon that is 55'' tall.
