They are solid teal, easy to assemble (helpful to have a second person) and the quality is great!!!!I bought a pair and banana benches fromThe same company right here on amazon!The packing for this item was inadequate. Inside the cardboard box the polystyrene corners were all out of place and offering no protection. Nor were the parts held in place. This looseness resulted in damage to the seat with a flake (triangular about 5 cm long and 3 cm wide to detach from the underside of the seat resulting in a loose slat. However, some good external wood glue and clamps repaired the item. As the flake is underneath the seat it does not show and also as it rests on the support rail on the back of the chair there is no inherent weakness. In one or two places the "fine sanding" had to be repeated as the surface was rough.As I could rectify the damage in transit, I did not contact the seller.Having said all that, two coats of Danish OIl on all surfaces before assembly (to seal the surfaces hidden by assembly and one coat after assembly and it is a really fine looking chair.Easy enough to Assemble instructions could be more information ... 9/10 Workmanship excellent .lovely finish to the Timber ... Die Stühle fühlen sich sehr schön und hochwertig an. Der Zusammenbau ist sehr einfach, ich empfehle allerdings direkt einen besseren Sechskantschlüssel zu benutzen und zu versuchen nicht abzurutschen. Die Schrauben sind sehr weich.Schöne bequeme Stühle, die schnell und problemlos zu montieren sind.Werde sie noch ölen, damit sie witterungsbeständiger werden.Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf.
