It came in just a couple of days and looks even better than I expected. Have not yet used it with guests, but it was easy to wash and the glass is not foggy; easy to assemble and the spigot does not leak; and the glass feels substantial enough that with care, I do not think it will break easily. I like the octagonal shape and the artistically shaped top, and the wrought-iron-looking stand is sturdy and decorative. With the dispenser on the stand and the drip catcher on the counter, the spigot is high enough to fill a 6-inch-tall glass with no problem. We tried it out and found that there was still 1/2-1 gallon of water in the dispenser when the water was too low for the spigot to work. You might need to jiggle the lid a bit to prevent the gasket from slowing the flow of liquid into the glass. I have looked for a beverage dispenser for a year and finally found this one that is attractive, a convenient size, reasonably priced, and will likely provide good service for a number of years. It is not perfect, but I am very pleased with it so far.
