I have to leave a review because customer service was great with this company. Initially bought this to serve food for my son’s birthday party and based on reviews ofcourse. We normally have small part due to COVID and flue/cold season now. So I had anticipated that it would be big and durable which it is. The price is amazing for $100 or so for the two combo and frames not folded.Unfortunately I have to return because cleaning it was just too much for my shoulders (tendonitis on both shoulder) and when I lift it my sciatic pain on back acts up. So this was just too heavy for me to handle and deal with and extremely difficult to wash in my small sink.As for function it kept food warm and moist and works as it should. Company offered me $10 discount to keep the item but I simply know I will not be using it due to my pain issue. So I am looking for smaller buffet server that is more light weight.If you need a simple heavy duty large capacity buffet server …just get these! You won’t regret it but do double check size and storage room. That was another issue I had …box so big it takes up too much space in our already packed garage. Thank you Giantex for sending me shipping label to ship back for my refund. Great service, product, price and quality. Oh PS I cannot vouch for long time use as I have only used one time and returned.
