Love these stands. I Purchased one a couple months back and liked it so much that I ordered another. Well designed, extremely sturdy and easy to use. They can be a little tough to get the legs open if you are used to the friction lock slide type of stand but after a little practice they become easy to use and they just feel sturdier to me. The built in size adapter is handy and locks in the up and down position so you don't have to worry about it disappearing.The air assist makes raising speakers effortless. I use Mackie SRM450's and with the air assist raising and lowering the speakers takes just a small amount of effort.
