Exactly like the description. The board has flip down clasps that hold down the note pad. The note pad that comes with it has a stick side to put on the wall. The markers work well. I have had this product for around 2 months and marker are still working like new. The dry erase portion of the board erases with no extra chemicals needed. Just a dry tissue or the eraser.Easy to put together.
