Let's start with the good. This double sawhorse is a great concept and executed almost well. The assembled height is perfectly adequate, having dual purpose adjustments for both height and log diameter. Watch the teeth, they are sharp as can be, providing excellent grip to avoid slippage. Additionally, the chain and spring offer extra grab, but probably not even needed with those teeth. It closes tight for storage and is pretty lightweight, but solid enough for heavy lumber. Now the bad. Assembly was overly complicated due to atrocious directions. Note: when assembling the cross sections, put the hooked rods at the top, and make sure the hooks open downward, as these are to hold the log retaining chain. The hinge hex bolts provided would work great, if they provided the right size key (see pic), which is comically too large. And, the bolts for the adjustment locking arms are also entirely too large (see pic).Getting over the bolt and assembly issues, this sawhorse feels solid and fully capable of handling some heavy duty forestry.
