I ordered this particular shower head due to the reviews I read on here. Most people were happy with it and the price seemed very reasonable. It came in very quickly, packaged well and with a nice thank you note from the company. There were no instructions in the box but it was pretty easy to figure out (if not there's always YouTube). They even give you the plumber's tape with it. The shower head is nice and large and with a click of your thumb it changes settings. The water pressure improved so much when I installed it. It looks rather fancy and expensive too. Very happy with this item. Would recommend it to others for sure.
