I did not want something sitting on the floor taking up space so ordered this. It fits very nicely under my 60" TV, it will not hold a lot of weight, but definitely good for decorative items. As my picture shows I have two small boxes in the shelf which hold extra remotes and stiff - so all things TV related close. I also have a sound bar mounted just about the console - but the console is sturdy enough to hold the sound bar. I would recommend this product.
