The desk was easy to assemble and does exactly what I need it to do. The desk top looks great too!So, let's first start by saying this is a fairly middle of the road desk with the same price point. Here is what I found the pros and cons for those who might also be considering this desk. I did feel I was a bit mislead about the solid wood part of the desk. I was expecting better quality from the description and people's questions, answers, and reviews.Pros:-Desk base (frame) is solid, makes minimal noise when lowering and raising-Sturdy when in its lowered setting-Desk can be put together easily by one person-Decent price point (should be lower after seeing desk material)-Single Motor (does the job)-Includes one grommetCons:-Desk material seems to be solid but it's not wood or at least the veneer is not. It seems like a cheaper material that makes it look like wood was applied to it.-Single Motor (though this does the job, I hope it won't be an issue later)-I notice slight movement of my monitors when raised while typing (I am not using arms/mount)-Could use cable management (they provide 3 sticky clips that help, but if you really want a clean look defiantly give it some additional thought)-build instructions are not the best but you can make it out what to do from the drawingsOverall, I gave this 3 stars if you don't mind the desk material it's a decent desk so far to start with. I have been using mine now for about a week and it gets the job done. Hopefully it holds up and there won't be any issues with the electronics or motor etc.It memory controls took a couple tries to figure out.Tap the number, when the display blinks, push and hold the number again, then it will move.Buy some gorilla tape to attach a power strip to the underside - use a lot of it.Got this for my thirteen year old son who does online school. Desk has lots of room for PC tower, headset, speakers and even the cat lol. It was easy enough for him to assemble mostly on his own. It goes up and down smoothly with no issues. I have a Flexispot desk of my own and this item is comparable as it is even bigger than mine. Overall he is happy with it and I would recommend.Build like a tank. Easy to assemble. Have used the raise/lower functionality far more than I anticipated. Now it’s to the point where I will adjust the height while working on something and a few minutes later wonder when I adjusted…really does integrate seamlessly into workflow. I’m 6’4” and again was surprised to find that the desk accommodates with headroom to spare. I also have no doubts this would suit someone who is 4’6”.For me personally, a wobble chair has been a nice addition. If you are looking at desks in this price range, just one out of many here…I’m highly satisfied. The assembly was relatively easy. It is heavy, which makes the finished product very sturdy. It has a control panel that you can program and then select different heights (sitting, standing, and, if your knees are up to it, kneeling). There are 4 settings (I am only using 2 since I'm the only one using this desk). I attached it to an Ikea counter top, which worked great. I also use an anti-fatigue mat when I am standing. Since I work from home, it's wonderful to easily vary my time between sitting and standing. I highly recommend this desk frame!
