We purchased the Sula Teak & Stainless Steel Towel Rack through Amazon. Got it today. As others have said on reviews in Amazon, the product itself is very nice, however the back two bolt holes on the bottom shelf do not line up, making installation rather difficult. Definitely a quality assurance problem, especially given many others have complained about the same thing. So, it appears, no changes have been made in construction to remedy the situation. If you install the back two bolts on the bottom shelf first, you can make it work You'd be best advised to use your own hex wrench, as the one provided in the box is made of soft metal. Overall, the product is sturdy and looks great, and I'm glad I got it.
