I was a bit skeptical of the quality based on the price so I had low expectations when I ordered it. It was VERY easy to assemble, my 12 year-old did it while I drank my coffee. I was surprised when it was finished, and how sturdy it seemed with the 3 boards on it.NOTE: The area where I have it does not get exposed to significant wind or weather, so I don't know if somebody else would have concerns if placed elsewhere outdoors. It does not have any padding, but I don't find that necessary for my application as my SUPS are inflatable and my surfboard is rarely used.It is a very simple rack, easy to adjust the bars etc.I would recommend this to a friend.
