This is a nice looking stand. I had plans originally to use it for its intended purpose, but due to issues irrelevant to this review, I had to repurpose it. I have limited counter space in my kitchen, and it now is a microwave stand. It works pretty well for that purpose with its built-in power strip. I am using the cabinet for miscellaneous kitchen appliances I don't normally use, and it blends in with my kitchen's particular style.Assembly was a bit tricky at times, as there are no captions provided with the illustrations in the instructions booklet. I had the help of a friend, and I would recommend that if you're not used to assembling furniture. A power drill will definitely make the job easier.
