Setup was fairly easy.. paired it with my square register.. but after I was up and running the printer stopped printing receipts. It sent an error message. Reset and no luck. Customer service was helpful but couldn’t fix the problemI was glad to get this printer in 2017. This month it just stopped working. I spent 2.30mins on phone with support at StarMicronics, they confirmed it was a StarMicronics Bluetooth/printer issue, he couldn't solve it so now I'm back looking for a new cash register and printer. Sigh.Worked fine before this, and these things should not die 5 years in should they?I have been using this for over a month and totally love it !!!! It works perfect with my iPad and square. Worth every penny.This works great for our needs. Wasn't prime, but was still shipped very fast. Best of all, this is by far the lowest price available.
