Glad I read reviews and decided on the Vivere brand, which seems to have better overall reviews. The item arrived very well packaged, with each leg and the connecting bar wrapped up in bubble wrap. Minor scratches to the coating on one leg as I unwrapped the stand, but otherwise looked sturdy and well made. The stand is easy to assemble/disassemble by following the diagram that is sewn into the heavy-duty canvas carrying bag (which is very nice, can’t wait to pack it up and take it for a camping trip). The mesh hammock is very comfortable for a single person to lay in, but I am skeptical that two people could lay in it together side-by-side and be comfortable since it is almost cocoon like when you lay down in it. The mesh fabric is lightweight and breathable. Be prepared for the nylon hammock to stretch! I have only used it a handful of times, and have had to adjust the hooks on the stand as the hammock stretches out from use. I have taken the stand down to store it in the heavy-duty canvas bag, but noticed that some of the protective coating chipped off the joints when I reassembled the stand (probably from rubbing together in the carrying bag). I am concerned about the stand rusting if the protective coating can chip off so easily. Scratched coating aside, I have thoroughly enjoyed using the hammock + stand combination -it is sturdy, comfortable and looks great.
