After putting the stand together (to know that I would be able to do that out of state) I noticed that one of the poles was missing that holds the banner in place. It would probably work fine with out it, but I contacted the company. They immediately responded with an apology and the assurance that the missing pole would be sent. I would certainly use this company again!Was a bit too small but I made it workI purchased two of these stands to hang banners in church. We love it. I would purchase this product again. We received the stands in just a few days.
