The whole point of saving my $$ & paying MORE for a PRE-LIT Christmas tree this year (straight from the factory, brand new, out of the box) was to be able to NOT have to worry about the lights... I just want to get my tree up, so in an effort to salvage the festivities of the evening, I was LITERALLY SHOCKED (heart skipped a beat!) to find 2 exposed copper wires with NO SOCKET! Being the daughter of an electrical engineer, I repaired that area (now safely insulated & working), but for the life of me can't figure out wth is wrong with the 5th remaining strand of unlit lights on the right side of the tree! Thank you, National Tree Company (nationaltree.com) & amazon! I should've stuck to the beautiful, sweet-smelling REAL tree that I love. At least my Christmas tree would be done by now with fond memories of hanging ornaments together like we do every year. So disappointed! Wasted 5 hours of what should've been putting up ornaments, just checking each individual light tangled up in my BRAND NEW tree, without ever fixing the problem. Ready to just not decorate or celebrate Christmas this year.So enjoyed my new tree in fact I am still enjoying it todayok for the price but I was expecting it to be fuller, it is very bare, hopefully looks better w the decorationsThis tree has 5 strand of lights, all with no end outlet to plug into each other. Sounds weird but we spent 3 hours looking for the ends. Finally had to unwrap the lights enough that all the strands can plug into the wall. Amazon refunded enough to purchase a 5 outlet extension cord to plug all the strands into. Extremely disappointed in my purchase that now defeats the purpose of a prelit tree since I had to restring most of the lights. This tree is a Charlie Brown tree. It looks NOTHING like the picture. It is super bare and a total waste of money.Very nice tree for the price!!!!
