I was very excited to receive this birdbath! When I went to assemble it is when I noticed a missing stud which should have been welded onto the base. I contacted customer service and Valiko responded within 2 hours. He sent out a replacement part and it arrived 5 days later. All I had to do is send him back the defective part in the same box, at their expense. That was super easy and Valiko was very helpful!I did assemble it and the only part I thought was a bit challenging was getting the bowl screwed onto the base. Once assembled, I placed it in the middle of my rose garden. It looks so pretty! I ordered a solar powered, pond fountain which will arrive tomorrow. The birds love it.
